Well my daughter found a farmer near by willing to give me one of his! They are doing great I'm so happy for him. We got a female as well so all is good!!!

Sadly my little goose past away yesterday. I really think she had that "failure to thrive ". Disorder. She did do better after a few days on the Corid but still did not grow! Her mate is three times bigger and healthy. However he is so lonely and I can't find anywhere to get another...
Thanks so mush for all the info. She is doing better but still has loose watery stools! Not sure if by now day 4 they should be more solid? What's your thoughts?

Much better not tucked in with the neck and doing much better as far as eating and drinking and running around still has loose diarrhea but not the watercolor that I was seeing a couple days ago I think we're helping her out a lot thank you so much
Update on my baby she is doing much better today is day three using the corid. Her poop was almost water yesterday but today has much more form to it and better color thank you Kathy for your advice and help I think we save this baby
Well the vet told me to buy amprolium for chickens and geese I'm having a hard time finding it I did find a general D warmer that you mix in with their feed but I'm not sure this is going to work she needs help right away any suggestions? She is shaking her head and drinking constantly and...
I spoke with the vet yesterday and they think it's Taxidea from possibly worms so I treating her now. She seems to be doing a little better today thank you
I have a four week old goose Lane that is not driving she's eating but very skinny she has diarrhea all the time her mate is gotten much bigger but she has not any help they are both African games that I got a local farm store
They are about 5 to 6 weeks. My profile pic is them? The one with the brown beek is much bigger but they both started out about the same size and same coloring even the beek?
I have 2 "African Geese" from a local farm store. One has a black bill (much smaller than the other). That has a black bill. The other's is more brown, and has grown much bigger?
I was told that they were both African Geese but thought they all had black bills?
Any ideas?
Good morning all new to this thread but not new to chickens I've had chicken for at least 10 years but now I brought on a pair of African geese so I have lots of questions about those I've heard they can be mean but I've also heard if hand raise they can be a great pet any advice?
