    I just love my EE hens. They are absolutely beautiful. They seemed to start laying later than my other girls. How good of layers are they. I have 3 hens and don't get eggs every day.

    Mix breeding crossing a polish rooster

    I have a polish rooster and no hens. If I cross him with some of my other hens, will I wind up with some cute polish mixes?

    A question regarding killing your birds...

    Shooting them is the only way that my husband kills our roosters. He normally gets them on the first shot. He figures if he can shoot wild turkeys he can shoot a chicken in the head.
