    2 chicks vs 3

Chicks have a high mortality rate. Chickens are a prey bird. You're bound to lose one. A single chicken is a sad chicken. Get three so if one dies the other wont be lonely.

    Indian Runner duck meat?

I doubt they'd taste any different than other ducks. But, yeah, they're incredibly small and not good for meat. But hey, if you wanna eat your extras, they're not gonna poison you.

    will silkie mother my chicks?

No. She is not sitting. Some hens do very well with chicks, and silkies are very mother-y, but she's not broody, and non broody hens can be very aggressive.

I'm sure you guys get tired of answering gender questions lol

Too young to say for sure, but the orps look like they might be Roos. Check at 8 weeks.

    Mutilated chickens

Sounds like an ermine. But, if it's possible the holes are unrelated, an owl (some hunt during the day). I'd set out a haveahart trap and put a chunk of meat in it next to the holes. You'll find out what it is then. I wouldn't let them out until you've caught it

Goats. Sell her or keep her

That's just being pedantic. Running a buck with your does doesn't imply they're living with them full time, and can be used to describe pasturing them too. With goats And sheep see running them used more often than pasture breeding.

    Quails as indoor pets?

Ha yeah idk why they came out so small. But you can click on them Very pretty birds! I like their coloring. Yeah I wasn't the one who caught him, I just bought him from a friend. I was going to release him but then he bonded with my hen and had some squabs, heh.

Too soon to remove heat lamp from coop?

Nevermind, ignore what I said. They should be fine. Sometimes I get a bit coddly. I just put some turkeys outside. Just be sure that they can handle the temp, and watch how they act. Otherwise, they should be fine.

    Quails as indoor pets?

How old where they when you got them? It might be winter. With spring coming you might find eggs. Best of luck with them. My pair is going crazy. I need hens for my 2 loner cocks though.

I'd recommend pigeons, but you already have those...

Please tell me these are all girls.

Looks like a rooster, especially if he has pointy feathers. But I'd wait. Leghorns have very large combs and just that isn't a good base for sexing. Watch his coloring

    Quails as indoor pets?

Sounds like a plan, just make sure they know how to drink out of the hamster bottle. Not sure what size it is, but the nipple maybe too big. I'd give them just a bowl of warer in case the first few days. Ehh... Probably not, no. You'd be best off getting chicks and selling off the extras, ie...
