I have one just like Nutmeg/Nutmax and thought for sure it was a rooster to be. Yours is almost the same age too. It looks like you stole the pictures from me. My "rooster" has now layed six eggs, six days in a row! I think you will have the experience.
I had the same problem and a french drain did the trick. Once installed though you also have to make sure silt from erosion doesn't get into the gravel or over time it plug the system. I know this from experience.

I used external star drive deck screws. You don't even have to buy a bit because one comes in every box! Even if the bit comes out of the head and spins at high speed they won't strip and if you have a cordless drill it's heaven.
