We had to re-home our boys because our "neighbors" complained. I think they've settled in nicely thanks to a lovely girl down near Charleston who took them. She has 8 acres of horse pasture but they prefer to hang out with the hogs.
Unfortunately not, the eggs were donated by the Clemson extension office for a class project at my wife's school. IOW, life is like a box of chocolates.
Thanks much for the suggestion. It's hard to see, but I install supplemental 3/4" chicken wire around the bottom. Haha my wife said the same thing. We live in SC so I leave the coop open when its warm.
