Sadly one of my white crested ducks got killed this morning. The head was removed and the body left.
So this doesn't happen again I'm looking at a medium dog pen (ya know the one with chain link) and then wrapping that with chicken cloth. Adding a tarp to the top for shade.

Jayke is about 6 weeks maybe a little less. He is half quaking and half peeping still. He eats and drinks and swims just fine but he walks like ME. I am pigeon toed and to me it looks like he is too.

Okay so hosing down seems to be a great way to get rid of poo. That can work for me. We shall see how much grass they start to consume. Right now I don't see them eating it all since they are so little.
