    I came across this site when I was looking for some help for a severely hen pecked buff Orpington chick that we had raised at the children's centre where I work. The simple question to my partner "she can't go back, can we keep her?" has led us to having a whole new way of looking at our back...

    Thank you. They don't seem to nibble at the hydrangeas, especially when the oregano, mint and parsley are at chicken height. We have only had them for three weeks and they are only 10 weeks old. Our house is semi-rural (foxy visitors at night) so their garden foraging is supervised at the moment.
