Diffences Between EEs, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas
Pretty hen! If the legs have a green cast the pads of the feet are probably yellow which would indicate yellow skin, not white and thus a cross. She's got alot of purebred Ameraucana traits though so so you have a pretty good chance of blue eggs in a few weeks.- cottagegarden

You can never go wrong with a breed club. Many of the BYC members are part of the Ameraucana Breeders Club. Check out the directory if you havent. Ordering chicks is painless.
