    i can later, its weird he's opened it about halfway and can see out of it but it looks to be drooped down, like i can see the the white above his eye and when he tried to open it all the way i could only see about 3/4 of his entire eye

    the full run isn't covered but the water is in the small covered area where they sleep, only way in is through a small opening so i suppose its possible that a wild bird drank some, there isn't a veterinarian near me or else i would've took him so I'm just trying to find anything to help at...
