    Whewww!!!!!!!!! I am soooo relieved!! These are BLR wyandottes. My humidity is 65%- I put a warm wet sock in there... So far so good!! I will update later- Ive got to go haul a horse home... Thank you soo much. (kiss))

    You know how a rooster will call to his girls when he finds something to eat- and they come running. I was observing my chickens one day after introducing my new (mature) roo. He calls to the hens- they came running. Guess what? HE TOPPED THEM. I found it pretty funny-- never seen a roo...

    I candled my eggs at day 8- All look viable, but some of the embryos look darker and bigger than others. Does that mean anything significant?
