Update: Our Chicken had her round of antibiotics and has been doing well. This morning we found a lash egg under where she usually roosts. We know that means she probably won't have much longer with us but she is still acting very well. We will let her go on as long as she is thriving.
Thank you for your info, we got our chickens by hatching eggs from a family friend and I wouldn't have gotten any sexlinks on purpose. What matters to me is quality of life so if she continues going downhill we will end her suffering.
Thank you both for your replies. We found a vet to take her to and the vet says she thinks it's peritonitis. We were prescribed antibiotics and we will see what happens.
Yes she has 24/7 access to oyster shell. I have considered calcium deficiency but the other hens are completely fine and we gave her calcium citrate with d3 supplements for a week and it didn't harden her shells at all.
