Okay, here's one of my favorite recipes:
Coconut Custard Pie
4 Slightly beaten eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. vanilla
I just beat eggs with a whisk or a fork, then stir in sugar, salt & vanilla
Then, slowly stir in 2 1/2 cups Scalded Milk to this mixture.
