    What color of coturnix quail is this?

    Someone in a Facebook group thought it might be a scarlet fee. I'm thinking it could also be a red range, but I think either way it may have the fee gene just because it has the lighter feather patterns mixed in. It certainly has me stumped.

    Thank you. I think it is pretty bad too. I was leaning toward culling as well. I did end up culling him this afternoon after a final brush up on some butchering videos I watched a while back. It went very smoothly and he isn't in pain anymore.
