I completely forgot to update this but I called the vet and she suggested waiting another day, seeing if she had any more watery poops and if she did, coming in with a sample. Fortunately, no more watery poops since I posted this!

My hen (Japanese bantam) has been leaving weird poops. First one was two days ago, nothing out of the ordinary yesterday, now today again. They're watery with slightly solid bits in it (pic below).
