Mine does this during hatches and absolutely drives me crazy! I actually have to put something under the bottom of the door during hatches to catch the water leaking out. I don't have sticky hatches, but the puddling water is very annoying! Have you checked your humidity with a secondary...

To me it looks like it quit, BUT I would watch it and wait a while. I have had some I thought had quit on me hatch out.

It should be just fine, and the chick is likely resting and absorbing the yolk in preparation for hatch. :)

No, I'm not close enough to anywhere that does that. I also hate when they don't thrive and I rarely have to deal with that. I guess this was nature telling me "don't get too comfortable"

It appears to be cracked rather badly? I don't think it is growing though, my quail eggs tend to turn pinkish inside when candled if they are viable. This egg looks clear to me.

Hmm...that's worse than any I have dealt with. Is it veins that are protruding or is it maybe intestines? Hard to tell from the picture, but if it is the intestine there is very little you can do...I would still put antibiotic ointment on it if you have some on hand. Sorry I can't help more :(
