    Exhaust fans and ceiling fans - friend or foe?

    im not sure about the ceiling fan because if you use like wood chips or bedding (unless its heavy) it might get blown all over the place plus down feathers and reg feathers too. the only way i would use either fan would be on thier lowest speed setting. once i get my new/improved coop built...

    hardware clothe is the best option. we have chicken/rat snakes that can fit though the holes in chicken wire so thats why we went with the hardware clothe on our origninal run, and when i get done with the new and inproved run/coop i will use it for atleast the first 3 or 4 ft fromt he ground...
