I am hatching 9 silkie eggs in my incubator at 95.5 degrees and it's day 22 they were supposed to hatch yesterday I stoped the egg turning Monday the 10th and none of the eggs even started to hatch yet. Did I do something wrong? How can I get them to hatch?
Two if my chickens were attacked by a racoon two nights ago and they are still laying eggs and I was just woundering if I would still eat the eggs. Because can't they get rabies from the raccoon? Then would it get passed into the eggs?

I love my sebright I only have one left a hen they don't do to good in the winter as I found out I lost 3 of them over this winter but I am hoping to be getting more thus spring. But I hope not to have any more mean rosters my sebright rooster I had would chase me from the coop to my frount door...
