    Here is an update at about 16 weeks. Some of the other hens we got at the same time as this one are bigger in size. So wanted to get some more opinions. Still leaning towards cockerel though.

    Got some new chicks to add to our flock. New chicks are just about 6 weeks old. And this SS seems suspect to me for being a cockerel. What are your thoughts?

    Cuckoo Maran or Barred Rock?

    Chick was sold to us as a barred rock but thinking it is actually a cuckoo maran due to lack of yellow legs. Legs are more grey in color. Any thoughts?

    About 15 weeks old. We are definitely leaning more cockerel.
