    Hpw long have you operated a rcom 20 incubator without it needing repair

    Was about to incubate some eggs and turned it in seemed fine, the next day my display lights have been blinking and I can't seem to figure out how to get back to normal I unplugged and et it sit last night. Turned it on this morning and still blinking Any ideas?

    The color is not as defined but almost looks like blood( more than I think) around the edge I will try to take another pic Just really want to take the other chicks out but afraid of damage to the one not out yet.

    Do i help this chick out? Although have never done this. I am doing this with my daughter for her life cycle project. Probably pipped sometime this morning. Humidity and temp were pretty good throughtout with a dip in humidity once or twice. Seems like some blood still around membrane, he pipped...

    thanks so much will wait a bit, then take out the other chicks. still see him chirping in there and his beak is moving. hoping he starts to absorb the remainder of blood etc.

    more on the side of the smaller end yes turning three times a day up until lockdown candled all eggs and saw movement. I am new at this and not sure what to exactly look for beside the embryo moving and all had good air sacs on day 18

    We have a chick that has pipped at wrong end, I can see his beak and he is breathing, But I can still see some blood around the membrane, What do we do? We have three chicks in there ready to come out, I am afraid to open up the incubator, Please advise...I will try to post a pic

    So we have had a few issues with humidity, tends to be a bit higher 51%-53% more often. A drop twice down to 35% But mostly right at 50% or a little above Just double checking my calculations for lockdown. We set the eggs thurdsday evening April 24th around 10 pm would lockdown be this Tuesday...

    It has been a while since I have done this. Using a brinsea mini Eco Have 7 new eggs Was going to set them tonight, Would I start counting 24 hours from now as day 1?
