    Post your FIRST EGG pics!

    The larger eggs are from my white leghorns and isa Browns. I have two young barred rocks whom I assumed added that cute little black speckled brown egg. Is that typical for a barred rocks first egg? My others had a few small eggs when they began laying, but not That small. Just curious

    Thanks. I didn't realize scratch was a treat, not food. I have crumbles and scratch available to my hens continuously. Is that too much scratch?

    My pullets have been fed crumbles, now accompanied with scratch. What are your thoughts on adding pellets to their diet?

    New to raising chickens. We have 3 white leghorns, 3 isa browns, and 2 barred rocks. They just started laying last month, so far so good
