I think your eggs look promising.
The best hatch rate I've had (88.9%) happened when I determined to put the eggs in my incubator, focus on ambient temperature and humidity, and resist touching them. It was kind of like not touching the ice cream I know is in the freezer. Whoa, just thinking...
It looks and sounds like gleet. And as others have mentioned, an antifungal is a good idea as is electrolytes, extra protein, etc. BTW, do you mind if I use your photos in my blog about vent gleet?

Thank you, Nomadicus! I'm happy to be among other chicken-keepers. Non-keepers look at you funny when talk about your chickens like they are family. Whudda they know anyway?
Hi from Delhi, Peggy. I'm down to 10 or 11. I had a fox attack last night and one of the girls ran waaayyyyy up the road, then into the weeds. I couldn't find her. That's where she spent the night. Sex links and Light Brahmas.
Oh, I see. My mistake. It says "Songster" under all of the avatars on this thread. Oops! What kind of chick is this? My url is under my text. And thank you! I'll let you know where I post it.
I would love to have a couple of cute pictures that I can use with your permission. I'm certain to be able to find a home for them in my 230+ articles. Thank you, Squawkers! What do you sing about?
