I was born and raised in the Denver metro area. I live in the foothills and have slowly been working toward a self sustaining property, very slowly :)

I have three amazing kids and they love having chickens. We are on our second flock and have had this new flock of 12 hens for 6 months now. Our first flock of 20 was decimated by wild life.
