    Hey TurkeryGirl, do you raise turkey? I have wild turkeys in my yard frequently. I would love to try a turkey egg, how often do turkeys lay eggs?

    Ah yes, Mareks, lol. My flock is only 6 months old. We lost our last flock to predation and such. All the ladies are laying and seem healthy. I did not have this issue with the last flock that I had for three years. Truthfully i do not know much about how to keep chickens.

    So there is no point to separating her from the flock? She has access to food and water without being able to jump. I just worry that the other hens will peck her to death. We axed the last one that showed these signs but then I read that they can overcome and still lay so I am not sure the...
