The other egg is trying to hatch. I carefully picked away some shell and put back under the mom. Moved the whole group to the nursery on the ground. Should I leave it or help it out? Will the mom help?

The mom is still sitting on several eggs ,so I don't want to move them. They are about 4 ft off the ground right now. Our coop is huge, along one side of barn and we have 4 roosters and 12 hens.
Our first ever chick hatched and is cute as ever. What do we do now? We got most of the chickens as babies and kept them in a room set up to make it through the winter 2 years ago.
