    Thanks for the walk through of what works for you . I'm pretty excited about this lol. I feel so barbaric 😂 I'm kinda over the being in love with my chickens phase that I had years ago when I made pets out of them all. Now I just want clean meat to eat . Funny how perspective can change so much.

    Thank you for this great post. I will be culling 4.5 month old Cochin bantam roos for my first time in august . I only want the breast and thighs so processing should be quite simple for my first time doing this by myself. I read somewhere that a guy did this . He didn't pluck or skin the bird...

    Thank you for the acceptance. I am not new to chickens but it's been many years since I had them. I am raising for breeding to sell and also for meat and eggs. I am starting with Cochin bantams. I feel the smaller size will help me get use to culling them easier plus the two breeds I am raising...

    That's a good point. Haveing a flat stick instead of a rounded one. I think I'd prefer that as well.
