    Not at all true. The average lifespan of a raccoon is 2 to 3 years. The chanced you are spreading rabies is too high. Relocating your problem to somebody else's neighborhood is just...rude.

    Yes. That is why I mentioned they are always considered rabid. The most Humane thing to do with rabid animals is destroy them. It's absolutely irresponsible to spread the problem elsewhere.
