I found a hen yesterday with a serious eye infection. Eye is swollen shut, and has yellow goop. Other eye is beginning to have the same stuff. I cleaned the eye gently and put some antibiotic ointment on it, and gave a shot of tylan. Any suggestions on further/different treatment?
