How long to wait for late hatchers?

My first but I did get 27 hatches out of 41 eggs and only lost the one. Pop in law did the hatch last year and had 20 survive out of 41 eggs. Now I've got 67 chickens. My math skills are no good any more.

How long to wait for late hatchers?

His legs look normal and he moves them but he can't stand up. I don't know what to do. I had to separate him cause the other chicks peck him. Pecking and feather puling

Thanks! I'm thinking its a combination of protein and boredom. The last couple of weeks have been icy and snowy and they refuse to get out in it so they've been staying in. I've got to figure out how to alleviate the boredom. Now I've got a yard full of mud to deal with too!

    Pecking and feather puling

Hey y'all, I have a question! My hens are pecking each other near the tail feathers and some have pulled feathers out. They've done it to the point some have bald spots and others have bloody spots. I watched them and it's the hens pecking each other. Normally they all get along well! I attached...

    Swollen craw

They're not usually like this. The one black and white one is the worst. She's getting worse everyday. The others are acting normal. Pop takes cars of them most of the time because I work a lot. I'll pass all this information to him so he can treat them ASAP..
