    Thank you both! I thought the EE did look like a roo too. The SLW just seems to "act" like a roo. I just have this gut feeling. How often are gut feelings right for newbies? :-)

    I am new to the chicken game so I can't offer any assistance. However, I am interested to see what people say the breed is for the top chicks. I have some just like that and I was told that they were Buff Orpington, but I don't think that's true. Best of luck!

    Hi all! Can you tell me what breed you think I have. They were sold as sexed pullets and as Buff Orpington. But they are more red than buff and there are darker spots through the feathers. All pics below are of the same 2 chicks and all at 4 weeks of age. What do you think??
