    There in lockdown so we will see what happens. Candled at day 11 and discarded the clear eggs. I don’t think the clear eggs were from not turning just not fertilized

    I would not want breed substitutions either. The only reason to go with them is for the specific breed.

    On every Tuesday, they list sale prices for over runs. I may try to get 6 if they have any I want. They tend to import hard to find breeds and if that is not your thing, then there are plenty of breeders for common stock.

    No worries. Shipped eggs are always a toss up. When I hatch my own fertile eggs, most hatch. This time I didn’t have the rooster lbs with the hens long enough. I checked the eggs and they are now fertile but the brooder is full….
