What breed of chicken is this?
It looks like a EE it could be mixed with a Araucana/?.The araucana has no tail.But it is a EE. Don't know the gender but if it a hen it could lay any color egg.- desman

I'm having the same problem I'v read several post on here people say they use DE, stalldry, and lime. I'v tried stalldry and like it got it from TSC but its a hour drive to get it and the local feed store don't have it. DE can't find it local would have to order it online. Pissy Pants (broody) is in a cage..now what??
I put a towel over my broody and she was still pecking at me she finally stopped and I picked her up but I put her in another pen on some eggs. We have 2 broody hens both setting on eggs. We tried to stop them from being broody putting them in a dog box for a couple of days sometimes it work...- desman
