They did lay eggs during the summer. They have traditionally stopped over the winter, so it's been a few months since they laid. We'll see what happens next spring.
Today we celebrated our 5 Cornish Cross Hens' 5th birthday (they got freshly baked corn muffins as a treat). They appear to be doing very well and laid eggs during the summer. .
