    Yep! Lots of framing inside. Still need to put up the roost bars and best boxes but then the inside will be done as well.

    I've got more ventilation on the sides that you can't see - definitely lots of air circulation! And we're getting shingles from the roof - leftovers from another project, so I have to pick them up this weekend from my parents.

    I'll definitely update with my progress! I've got to do the interior decorating and some landscaping, haha! We're about 3-4 weeks away from moving in, but making progress nonetheless!

    This is my first time building, well, anything! It's not complete (gotta get some more hardware cloth and finish installing the nesting boxes and roosts) but this started as an overgrown patch of weeds and some lumber. So excited for my chickies to move into it in a few weeks.

    I will have to try peas. I just sat for nearly an hour with my hand in the brooder holding some strawberry tops, which they love in their water dish) and they just cuddled up on the other side and stared at me! Haha.

    It could be! If they're pecking at each other, you could use some of that blue kote to help prevent that.

    My chicks also got pasty butt at a few days old (3 maybe). It's often due to stress - being too cold or too hot is a common cause of stress. Check your temp but be assured that it will go away soon! Just keep checking all of them a couple times per day. My chicks are 10 days old and it's mostly...
