Chickens in Bethlehem PA
I also live in Bethlehem. I just gave up my small flock because our dog was too interested. I was told three years ago that chickens were illegal although the animal officer told me that "as long as they aren't a nuisance and there aren't complaints, they don't actively look for them." Hi Gwen...I'm from Bethlehem. We live on 512 and have just an acre. Bethlehem has many illegal chickens keepers...when I spoke with the animal control officer he told me that the"city has bigger fish to fry, then backyard chickens and as long as no one complains, they don't care."
