    springtime post your new chick pics

    I have 10 silkies! I love them all. I believe (not sure yet) I have 3 roosters and 7 hens. The are just about 4 wks. old. I hope they get along well! I looked at 10 pages of chicks and can't imagine how I got so old without chickens.

    Bury hardware cloth for run floor - how deep?

    I am new to chickening. I, live in th country with coons, weisles, squirrels, snakes and bears. I am in the process of digging around the coop with the plan of burying metal cloth. I thought I would dig as deep as possible (many tree roots), then put the metal cloth down doubled and fasten it...
