We took him to the vet that same day. He thought it looked like a virus/wart, no puss, not bumblfoot...it was a type of growth on the back of both feet and under one toe (that's why he was limping). The vet expected the duck to be fine..but Nibbles sadly died three days later, just stopped...
lately one of our male pekin ducks (3yrs old) keeps sitting down a lot. Half way walking up the hill to be fed he just sits down which he never did before. He doesn't seen to be in any pain and is eating and drinking normally so far. There are no obvious injuries but it's concerning. Any thoughts...
