    Thank you. I'd love to, but I'm not sure my fiancé can take one more generation of chicks in the house. We've had quite the year... I will save it, however, and try again come springtime. I may get hatching eggs and chicks and we'll see how many I can get to her!

    Well, I figured if I got even a 50% hatch rate, it would be worth it. Even I got just one roo and one hen to give to my aunt, I'd call it a win. I just can't believe it looks to be going so poorly!

    Ooh, good tip. I figured I'd let the egg go for a few more days. I checked some pictures online, and it looks like it could be a day 17 embryo, thereabouts. I'm hopeful it can join its frizzle siblings who hatched in the Brinsea last week.
