I am no expert but I have some black sex link chicks that look very similar. They're younger though. Even has that little bit of white on the wing tips.

From tractor supply bin of assorted pullets. They said chicks came from Hoover's Hatchery and Townline Poultry Farm. Egg color could be anything - blue, green, brown, or white according to the sign.
