    What breed is this? I got this hen from a friend. She was the lone survivor in a raccoon attack that killed the rest of the flock.     Easter Egger Not Laying

    I just posted a similar thread today, and I also came across your post! I have a 1.5 year old Easter Egger who laid like 3-5 eggs a week for 2 months…and never has again…it’s been over 9 months - no eggs! She’s my only bird with this issue, but she’s also my only Easter Egger. Super weird.

    Is the general consensus that purina flock raiser is no good for layers? I originally wanted them on that because I have a mixed flock with a rooster and ducks…but I decided to switch 2 weeks ago when we had the egg bound duck
