. There is a coworker of mine who got a couple of pekins around the same time I got mine. I live 45 mins from work and a very rural town, she lives in a different city and in city limits. She has chickens and that's okay? But the city won't allow her to have ducks??? Ducks are so much better...- duckmom1313

. People think I'm crazy for owning ducks. I say what an extraordinary childhood it is for my daughter to be able to have this expierence. I mean really how many people other than Duck People can say we get to hold a duck everyday.- duckmom1313

One of my ducks has been lowering its neck then brings it back up fast and let's out a shriek. What is this? Just noticed it recently and only notice one doing it. Doesn't seem to be in distress, its quite amusing.- duckmom1313
