Oh yeah that was here in Boston at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital. The catheter goes down at least 12"...also hard to believe... But surprisingly very easy to do.

I wish I could... but the Ducks are the only friends and family I have. For me the loss of a Dog or Cat would be too great...Ducks are very social and hence very entertaining...

Oh OK. My wife left me because of excessive vet bills....I've read that Ducks are quite resilient in health ordeals...

Pedialyte unflavored.

She needs life sustaining electrolytes...sodium, potassium and glucose. Orally they are not as effective...go get her some infant formula pedialyte from a drugastore. She might make it through.

My Ducks have taken over my life. The commitment is too great...I cannot go ANYWHERE. BIG mistake to have them as pets for five years now...I thought they lived for 5 years but reading....they can live for 15. I am marooned with them. I love them dearly but have sacrificed my few remaining...
