Thanks heaps aart - I reckon that's exactly what this is. My flock got sick a few weeks ago with what I think was an e coli infection so this would fit perfectly with that. I had no idea about lash eggs. Hopefully whichever one laid it will pull through, they're all up and eating with fluffy...
