I would like to see the link? And I would leave them till there dry and the other eggs hatch. I had mine in a very small space and they climbed all over the the other eggs and chicks. They where fine. They are tougher then they look!
Depends on the size. I spent a week getting the temp and humidity correct. I also did a dry hatch. 30% humidity the first 18 days. Then 60% during lockdown. It did take alot of work to keep the temp stable, but moving a towel around worked well for that.
Could work fine. I just hatched silkie eggs in a old cooler with a 25 wat bulb and a little dish of water. Nothing fancy at all, no fan no thermostat. All three eggs hatched on day 21.
I just hatched out silkie Chicks out in a egg carton. Every one made it. I also only ran 30 to 35 percent humidity the frost 18 days. And got no higher then 65 during lockdown
