    My Friendliest Chicken Died Today - I'm So sad

    So sorry for your loss. Had my first four chickens today all go at once (the family dogs broke through the bottom of the nestingbox somehow and attacked all of them in their sleep.) wasn't until I went to let them out for the day that I found them all. I needed to read some nice posts on others...

    9 week old buff orpington cockerel or pullet?

    How is nugget now? This was such a dramatic read, from murky beginnings with her sex, to being in the hospital and possibly getting a hysterectomy.
