I have to move for other reasons. So might as well as find a place where singing birds are allowed. He doesn't 'sing' that much. He has gotten used to the company of a hen.

Does anyone know any towns near Chicago (up to an hour commute) that allow roosters? Our baby chick turned into a boy! We'd like to keep him. He likes us and we like him too. Thanks for any help!
