    Group order Northern California.

That would be interesting, but It's kind of difficult to coordinate orders among multiple people for the same city/area.

    Baby ducks outside?

Yes, as long as they have where to get heat when they want, they will be fine. Make sure to provide enough space in case they don't want that much of heat. Also, protect them from wind if it is an open area.

    Chicken lice?

Do you provide them a place where they can have dust bath? I burn piles of wood and they love to take dust bath on the ashes. I do that on different spots where they hang around.

    Please Help.

The second picture seems like the egg was frozen by looking at the texture of the yolk.

PLEASE HELP, chick infested with fleas!

You can also use food-grade Diatomaceousearth. It's pretty cheap and it really works.

PLEASE HELP, chick infested with fleas!

Give a bath of dust/ash. Spread ash in all the are. Chickens remove their pest themselves by taking dust bath, so provide that to them. Those pests can't survive in dust. Even the eggs dries out with the dust.

    HELP EMERGENCY

They all don't hatch exactly at the same time. I would give 1 or 2 extra days. At least that's what I do.

    need advice/help asap !!

Give it some water with a syringe to keep him hydrated, I don't know what else to do. It seems pretty young maybe somewhere a little bit over a month? At that age, their parents still feed them. Maybe give some food too, he might be weak from not eating enough.
