We are just diving into this whole breeding experience. Learning as we go through this winter. Then we are gonna try and put our lavender orp rooster with our jersey girls.
We have a small farm in Boring, Oregon. We have a mixed flock. Mostly Jersey Giants and a few Lavender Orpingtons. Has anyone ever tried to mix the 2 breeds? We are gonna try next spring.
