We have a fox problem where I live in deepest Yorkshire, UK. I have a "wind-up radio" which I leave on during the day if the hens are out free ranging. I use a "Foxwatch" too. The hair tip is well known in the UK. So is getting the gentlemen in your life to ....erm... "water" the grass...
