    For growing the tail a 28% protein game bird feed for your rooster but that isn't good for hens. That is what has been told to me. I'm still new to the long tailed breeds but have a great teacher.

    Be very careful of who says they have true Onagadori. I was looking through post of them for sale on here and they are not what they say. One guys roo didn't even have the proper saddle feathers. The comb was off. The tail feathers should be in full blood. You can find them but buyer beware...
