I probably would of had a ,entail breakdown, first I would cry my eyes out, then I would sit outside for weeks with a machine gun until I killed each and every coyote. But hey that's just me.:)
I'm almost positive I got a blue Cochin but it doesn't have enough feathers to tell boy or girl, also it may be a little pricey but I would get all vaccinations and gel things as possible, that's what I did.
I've got mine vaccinated for cocci and mareks
It will probably tell you what to do on the package it comes in
But I would prob put it in asap if you are going to put them outside
I got a call at 6:30 this morning too, we got 12 hens, 1 mystery chick, and my dad got 20 cornish cross(don't want anything to do with the butchering)
4 black australorp hens, 4 buff orpington hen, 4 barred rocks, and a grey Cochin looking thing(adorable)
I am so happy I got from Murray becuase...
I just got mine today from there and they are all healthy and happy but I got a mystery chick that looks like any normal chick that is dark grey but has feathers on his/her legs
